1. Scope of services

We provide outsourced accounting services, including VAT/WPS/Corporate Tax, reporting, advisory and related services under the selected plan/contract.

2. No tax/legal advice

Website content is general information only and does not constitute individualized tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for decisions taken.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate documents on time.
• Ensure required access to systems/banks and timely approvals.
• Pay fees on time and review/approve deliverables.

4. Fees & payment

• As per published plans/proposals/contract.
• Additional work is billed separately upon agreement.
• Late payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Timing & SLA

We act diligently and professionally; meeting regulatory deadlines requires timely data submission by the client.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential and use it solely to deliver the services, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law (including UAE PDPL).

8. Intellectual property

Website materials are ours or licensed. No copying without prior written permission. Rights to work outputs (reports, etc.) are governed by the contract.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or regulatory penalties arising from incomplete/late client data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the last billing period, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Force majeure

No liability for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

11. Governing law & disputes

UAE law applies; courts of {Emirate/Dubai}, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the latest version will be posted with the “Last updated” date.
